"Day Surgery Unit"

I was recently a day patient for an Arthroscopy on my left knee. From the receptionist that booked me in at 0730 through to the Staff Nurse that discharged me later the same day I was treated with respect and courtesy. Without exception ALL the staff were lovely, professional and competent. I know that in a hospital the size of Torbay I am literally on a 'conveyor belt' but at no time was I made to feel that was the case. My thanks to all involved.
