"A special thank you to staff"

About: The Royal Victoria Infirmary / Accident & emergency

(as a relative),

My mother in law, in her 80's lost conciousness and was taken by ambulance to A& E and then the assessment unit at the RVI. Everyone was kind but a special thank you to staff who organised her return home later that night, making it quick and sorting her car worries as well

Thank you for taking the time to leave your feedback regarding our services at the RVI A&E department. We are pleased that the staff were able to help your mother in law after losing her consciousness and that they were able to alleviate her worries and arrange her return home later that night.

We will forward to the directorate concerned who will relay your feedback to the staff involved and share with the wider team.
