"Felt dismissed"

About: Aintree Centre For Womens Health

Initially impressed with a Saturday morning appointment as made it more accessible but sadly it felt like this came with a lack of interest from the staff.I was made to feel like I was being stupid and over reacting to my symptoms which are very real. Was not given any proper feedback regarding my examination but was expecting to receive results in the post as knew that a smear test had been done. However, as no results arrived I called the clinic only to be told by reception staff that no tests had been requested so no results would be forthcoming. I now feel like I have to start again to try to find out what is going on and feel very let down by this service .
