"Superb service from breast screening service"

I just wish to thank the amazing staff who cared for me during my recent breast screening clinic appointment. Everyone from Receptionist, Clinical support workers, Radiographers and my Consultant, were kind, supportive and very professional. Within a week of being referred by my GP for a breast lump, I had an appointment and a diagnosis.

I am so grateful for the way I was treated and I am reassured that if I found another lump in the future the team would be there to support me.

I was sorry to hear that you had found a breast lump which I am sure would have been very distressing and worrying for you but pleased to hear how the screening service treated you so professionally and you received support and reassurance.
