My relative recently moved from Watford House due to many issues endured over the 11 months there. I would advise anyone considering moving a loved one into Watford House to do LOTS of research - read all the CQC reports thoroughly, ask LOTS of questions of both staff and residents' families, and visit the home more than once (and preferably at different times of the day and night). My relative is now in a wonderful care home, which is the antithesis of Watford House.
