This is an opportunity to say a massive thank you to all the staff who cared and supported me during my recent, 3 day stay in hospital at Hayle - for a left hip reprisal (2nd replacement op for that hip).
The staff were superb and amenities and related support excellent - I even enjoyed and appreciated the food. I have to offer 10 out of 10, you were all exemplary. I think the cheerfulness of staff also has to be highlighted. So good humoured, so cheerful alongside being so caring - a really good and bolstering atmosphere was created.
In my opinion, I couldn't give less than a 10 out of 10 as it was like being in a private hospital. In fact from my own experiences of same it was even better.
