"Good time - considering "

Due to a injury at work I had to use the a&e services. Straight away I was seen by the triage and then given help moving around as I was unable to walk & was alone.

Everything was made quick and easy. Wasn’t left to wait very long.

Then the follow up appointments at the fracture clinic were amazing.

Great reception staff, super helpful.

Even given longer healing timeframe was ok, as the next visit where I was discharged the doctor was very humorous and made the appointment as laid back but very informative.

He listened when I stated I needed everything clear in paperwork for my workplace to understand.

X-ray team were great as well, patient with me and not pushing me to be fast. Allowing me to be comfortable considering my discomfort (broken foot)

Overall, happy considering my need for using the service.
