"Complain on the staff"

My mum went to the GP this morning to make me an appointment due to my lump on the left arm because it came back and it’s increased I’ve been to the doctors 2 years ago due to this so my mum decided to go back today(29/10/19) and make me another appointment because she was scared it could be something serious and the fact it increased more than it was before, however the staff didn’t bother making me an appointment telling my mum to go the pharmacy like what can the pharmacy do to this lump? and my mum wanted desperately appoitment for myself so my mum got angry ( even though she has anger issues takes tablets for them and depression) because they refused to make me an appointment she spit on the staff that was rejecting making me an appointment I understand my mum shouldn’t have done that but my mum has anger issues and when it comes to her child health issues she sticks for herself she’s been trying making me the appointment for nearly 2 weeks and also they rang my sister ( Adriana) telling her what happened and the staff said we are all been removed from the GP including all of our family which has got me the most angry because my sister Adriana has an serious health issues she has ITP low platelets and she had it for nearly 7/8 years and still goes to the NHS to get checked I don’t understand what’s all the family got to do with this it should just be my mum kicked out not the whole family also my auntie Alena has breast cancer she needs her GP aswell. The doctor knows us well the doctor from the surgery he knows our issues he should decided whether he wants us not the staff, they’ve always been rude to us and rejecting our appointments please try to understand and don’t blame it just on us but keep an eye on what the staffs like in York Road surgery thank you.
