Outstanding care from Mr Preiss and all the staff involved in my care. On the day of my operation prior to surgery I was fully informed of the operation risks and given treatment options by all professionals involved in a way that was understandable allowing me to make truly informed decisions at ease. The excellent Pre-op care continued in theatre, recovery and post op.

Kate and all the team in Ward B23 were attentive, professional, listened to me a big thank you to you all.
