From my first appointment, throughout my admission and during my follow up appointments every member of the Ridgeway Hospital team provided me with care, including food provision, that met my individual needs and circumstances; for this I cannot thank them enough.

Throughout my journey I felt the entire team respected my privacy and dignity; their efforts did not go un-noticed and were very much appreciated.

I had reviewed the 2018 CQC inspection findings before I decided to utilise the services of the Ridgeway Hospital; I do feel strongly that their current rating is not a true reflection of the excellent services they provide.

I hope these words go someway to demonstrating my gratitude.
