From bottom to top the staff on Lugg Ward were outstanding every minute of the day. Clearly working long shifts but never failing to smile and deliver, which goes such along way for all patients. Attending to individual needs and comforts, bloody outstanding team work and effort from the volunteers all the way to the doctors!!!
