"The care wasn’t good "

The care was not there, not enough staff and they just didn’t seemed bothered 😕 I felt upset and angry because of the situation and I’d ask for a drink and it taken them a while to get drink or I’d ask them for something and i felt like it was too much to ask because no staff to help,, staff didn’t seem friendly or helpful and the home was far too warm, yes it had a pet but not very homely at all,😭😭
