About: University Hospital Hairmyres / General Surgery (Ward 5)

The menu could be changed now and again, always the same. The care has been exceptionally good. I have always been given the help I have asked for. The buzzer was answered immediately. At 3am I had to have my bed changed and the nurses responded immediately and with compassion.

Porters give me a laugh when they take me for X-rays. Really Good staff. The cleaners work really well. Cannot expect 5 star meals. I have never been so well cared for.

Thanks very much for taking the time to post the feedback above on behalf of the patient. I know all the staff involved will be delighted to learn they made that person feel so well cared for.
