(as the patient),

I attended this morning for a small operation on my foot. I was fortunate in that I was taken before the appointed time. Kirsty and Lauriann were terrific. They were courteous, friendly and reassuring. The procedure was done quickly but carefully and without fuss. The NHS at its best!
