(as a parent/guardian),

I contacted podiatry on Monday morning for some advice about my son who has had issues with his toe nails with some becoming infected.

The call handler Natasha was a star. She was caring and compassionate and ensured I was kept informed of everything she was doing.

She was genuine in her communication and was empathetic to a worried mum.

She arranged for a quick appointment at clinic and gave me great advice of what I could do at home to help him in the meantime and directed me to resources I might find helpful in future. She was able to answer all my questions of what would likely happen at the appointment which set my mind at ease.

The staff at the clinic were friendly and thorough.

Overall, a great service and staff deserve a compliment and recognition.

I was really pleased to hear that the call handler was caring and compassionate when you spoke to her as l can only imagine that you must have been worried about your son. I was pleased that she was able to reassure you and arrange for an appointment for your son.

I do hope that his appointment has gone well and thank you again for sharing your feedback with us which I have shared with the podiatry staff.
