(as a relative),

My husband in his late 70 needed help received great assistance from Ambulance Crew although I cannot recall their names the Paramedic and driver Technician were highly professional.

After transportation to Forth Valley Hospital were follow up tests and observation were carried out again we were treated so well. After a few hours my husband was able to be discharged.

Dear Tourist,

Thank you very much for taking the time to share your kind words on Care Opinion. I am very sorry to read that your husband required the use of our service and I do hope that he is now on the road to a full recovery.

It is great to hear that our crews left such an impression and that they conducted themselves in a professional manner.

It is always nice to hear when things come together and it sounds like the care received in Forth Valley Hospital was also positive and a quick discharge if possible is always a good thing for everyone.
