Ward 2

ward is unbelievable. Care and treatment is brilliant. Always there for you from the domestic staff to medical staffs everyone there to help.

Room is perfect and cleaned twice a day. My family are kept informed every night by nursing staff.

Heard food was bad but can honestly say food is brilliant. Food used to be poor but standard has improved.

The whole package was been great from first coming in. The compassion shown to my and my family has been brilliant. nothing can be improved as brilliant ward to me and my kids.

Everyday bed clothes are changed. Everybody is lovely.

Many thanks for your lovely post on Care Opinion. I am delighted that you had such a good experience in Ward 2 University Hospital Monklands. It sounds as though there were many aspects of your care which were very positive including care and treatment, general environment, food and communication with you and your family.

I am so pleased to see that you found the care you received to be delivered with care and compassion as this is what we strive to deliver every day to all our patients.

As the Senior Nurse for ward 2, I will ensure that the staff see your post and share with the whole team.
