About: University Hospital Monklands / Urology (Ward 6)

(as a volunteer/advocate),

Ward 6. All staff are super, positive, kind and polite. Took unwell the other day. Support was offered immediately. Staff offered support and comfort. Not well last few days and staff have been so attentive - picked up during routine tests and staff got mobile Xray machine to ward for patient as who was not fit enough to go to radiology. Medical staff very good with medical updates - fully understand all tests and what results are. Nice single room. Happy with privacy and own toilet. Happy with visiting - friends and family able to visit when suitable to them. Care is wonderful, absolutely amazing. Alison and Maureen (nursing staff) are excellent along with every single member of staff however cannot recall all their names.

Thank you so much for taking the time to tell us about the wonderful care you have received in Ward 6. The staff in the Ward will be pleased to receive such lovely feedback and I have made sure that this has been passed on to them. Spending time in hospital can be a very daunting experience and I am glad that staff have been able to support you through this.
