"Outstanding Care and support "

My mother was living with advanced Dementia. My mother has just passed away in this home, My Mother was in this home for 18 months and I would not have wanted her to be anywhere else, the care, support, dignity and privacy shown to my mother, and the rest of the family could not have been better, all of the staff are outstanding with how they treat the residents and families. The end of life care my mother received was also outstanding, she was never left in any pain or discomfort. The home always made me welcome regardless to what time of day by the staff, and the staff always offered tea, biscuit's and cake when we arrived. It was always exceptionally clean and tidy.
