"Night nurses were so reassuring"

About: Royal Cornhill Hospital / Older Adult Mental Health

(as a service user),

I had recent admission to Drum ward. I would like to mention the night nurses Elaine and Susie who were so reassuring and calm when another patient was being aggressive. Myself and other patients were so scared. They calmed the other patients and dealt with a difficult situation in a kind and professional manner. I would like to thank them and all the other nurses for all the help they gave me.
