"bad experience"

About: London Independent Hospital

I was really rushed, the doctor hadn't read my file and he wasn't paying attention to my answers so he was asking twice the same question. At some point I even realised he was reading the wrong file and I had to correct him. Overall I got the feeling that he wanted to dismiss me and that's what he did after asking me to have a third ultrasound scan, although I had done two already, and by saying that probably what I've got it's just a muscle pain, although it had already been established by several GPs that that wasn't the case.

I asked to be referred to a different hospital as my experience at BMI Hospital was particularly unpleasant.
