About: Princess Alexandra Hospital (Harlow)

I have had problems with my ears for 20 years, in the past two years I have had 3 operations on my left ear trying to sort out some issues with infection and my middle ear boned. Every member of staff I have come across have been extremely helpful and there is not a single thing I would complain about. They have always assured me that they are trying their best to see me as delays obviously happen in this sort of environment. My surgeon has been honest and extremely hardworking, absolutely faultless.
