"Useless reception staff"

I booked my twins in for their flu vaccine on 7th Oct for 18th Oct. When my husband arrived he was told that they were too early for vaccination (not flu) and that they have no flu vaccine in. When we called to complain the Practice manager told me I'd booked the wrong appointment. I specifically asked for flu vaccination. She offered I apology. This isn't the first time this has happened. When I rang to book my husband's physical they booked him in as me and when he rang to collect blood results he was told to see the Dr. He went and was directed to an already occupied room with an examination taking place. They need to get some better receptionists.
