"Emmersons Green is not a vulva clinic. "

My GP referred me to a vulva clinic, six months ago. I now understand that my referral was misdirected, but at the time I did not know that I had been referred to the wrong place. I saw a consultant at Emersons Green and six months after the original referral, the consultant at Emerson Green said that he would refer me to the vulva clinic at Southmead. As it happens he was unable to do this. My GP has now referred me again, but I will now have to wait possibly another six months for this appointment to see the appropriate specialist who can help me with my health condition.

The consultant at Emerson Green has not communicated with my GP regarding my diagnosis and treatment despite my direct request. The GP clinic has also attempted to chase up the letters for my two appointments, in July and October, but has not been successful.
