About: Crosshouse Hospital / Ayrshire Doctor on Call (ADOC)

(as the patient),

I would like to thank a Doctor Smith who was on call one the morning in October, I had to call ADOC as I had ongoing problems with arthritis, a pain that was affecting all aspects of my life  without going into too much detail I am indebted to Dr Smith for her care and  professionalism that she showed to me.

I am sorry you have been having problems with your Arthritis but I am pleased Dr Smith was as helpful. Gosh, she must have been good for you to feel this strongly, so thank you very much for taking time to share this. I am sure it has made her day to read your lovely words.
