(as a relative),

I am just wanting to express how pleased we were with the care my dad received following his heart attack recently. The whole team within the CCU were outstanding. They communicated the plan for his care very well, reassuring myself and family. Donna was fantastic explaining everything so well in a scary situation. We cant thank you enough
