A big thank you to the staff on Pannal Ward for making my stay comfortable and welcoming. Both the day staff and the night staff showed warmth, kindness and care during my stay. The whole team made me feel very comfortable and cared for in what can sometimes be a daunting experience being away from home. Thank you all again!
