"Disappointed"

About: Borders General Hospital / Podiatry

Disappointed to learn that Borders General Hospital Podiatry puts non urgent cases before urgent cases. Made a stage one complaint, but feel totally fobbed off with yet another "the person you need to see is on holiday this week". How many times have I heard that one! Why can't I see someone else instead?

I am concerned to hear that you are disappointed with the arrangements for your Podiatry appointment. I believe that I spoke with you last week about your concerns. I understand that you have now been seen by a Podiatrist and that there is a plan in place for your care, but if this is not the case please let me know. An excellent toenail surgery has been out. Improving by the hour and looking forward to getting back to normal.
