I attended the oral/facial maxillary department last week for a tongue biopsy. The nursing staff and the surgeon were very informative, warm, friendly and chatty. They put me at ease straight away. Everything was explained to me and all questions answered. Nothing felt rushed or chaotic, it was a refreshing change. The staff are a credit to the NHS.
