"Fantastic Service with Amazing Staff"

I visited the Endoscopy department for a procedure. Greeted by a very pleasant receptionist this put me at ease immediately. I was taken into a room where the staff nurse was so attentive and extremely pleasant well groomed and professional. She explained everything so well and asked if any questions. I was then taken for the procedure by another two extremely pleasant nurses and introduced to my consultant. I was nervous but completely put at ease. My whole experience was amazing. I can only praise the whole team. Thank you
