"Awful "

I was referred more and 2 months, still not had a pre assessment! 6 cancelled appointments by them,

I work away so can’t make mid day appointments due to loss of money that’s affecting my mental health,

Friday they called to confirm my appointment the filling

Friday at 3pm! Monday I get a letter saying they moved my appointment to 2pm the next day!

The service has seriously affected my mental health in a negative manner,
