advised that from 1st April 2019 my pain management was being dealt with by Connect Health.

Attended the workshop on 4 July and saw a pain management nurse on 13 Aug who said I needed to see a pain management consultant. Keep phoning to make appointment only to be told there are only 2 consultants covering the whole of Lincolnshire and the nearest appointment is over 60 miles away and not until end of November. Connect Health should never have been awarded this contract without having all the resources and infrastructure in place.
