"Bad service"

About: Camborne Redruth Community Hospital

My 2 year old granddaughter was poorly, was crying with pain couldn’t eat or drink. After a 2 hour wait and only 4 other people waiting to be seen I went to the reception to ask how much longer to wait. A very abrupt nurse told me in a non professional manner that emergencies would be dealt with first. To my knowledge there was no emergencies all the time we were there. What I and others observed was nurses stood around idle chatting and doing nothing. No wonder our NHS is dying, there just seems to be no care. I have always had the greatest respect for our NHS workers but I like many others are losing faith. I hope that nurse who thought so highly of herself never has a sick child of her own to be spoken to how she spoken to me.
