"joined together thinking"

On the 7th October I had an appointment in the Orthopedics daycare for a back injection for sciatica. The extent of organization and care was second to none. The level of hygiene and communication excellent. The prep i.e paperwork was well organized and move into theatre stress free. Altogether the surgery was well planned and flawless.Very joined up thinking from start to finish.So thanks again to the nurses technicians and doctors for a very impressive friendly and so far successful visit.
