Really enjoying the fitness group on a Friday. It keeps me motivated. A great group (excellent) Phoenix Innovations.

The Recovery Café is great, being around people talking.

Peer Support is great, really helpful, relaxed atmosphere.

Thanks for your feedback. It's really great to hear how you are using the Friday fitness group with Lewis and enjoying the recovery cafe and peer support group. It is a great place to connect with other people. Making connections can be really useful to strengthen long term recovery capital.
