"Great patient care "

I was sent for blood tests by my GP following my appointment the same morning. The nursing associate was very professional and friendly. There were problems obtaining blood from my arms but she did not give up easily and tried other methods. The only option in the end was to attempt sampling from the back of my hand which was not the most pleasant and definitely more painful. Despite this she was very compassionate and made this as least painful as possible. She did manage to get the samples needed. This saved me a return trip. Just wanted to say thank you for taking the time and patience.
