"Doctors focused on patient care"

Caring, knowledgeable doctors who take the time to listen and understand, specifically one doctor who I have most interactions with, has shown understanding, connects with me on an intellectual level and discusses options for care clearly. My appointments have never been more than 5 mins after the time I booked for. The app makes it easy to make appointments, sometimes it takes a couple of weeks to get an appointment but I recognise this is an issue with most doctors surgeries. Great follow up systems and these doctors are willing to look into different approaches to support my care. This is a surgery where I feel they value a developing a long term patient doctor relationship that can be relied upon.
