"The UTC Department is Horrible. "

The Urgent Treatment Centre of St.Mary's Hospital is just the worst department ever. The waiting time is extremely long I had to wait 4 hours for the doctor to see my ill son. I believe there should at least be 2 doctors working in the department to avoid the long waiting hours. Also the receptionist are unprofessional and they should be honest about how their waiting system work, so patients dont get frustrated. I strongly believe that children, especially those who are under 5 years old shouldnt been seen at the UTC Department, but rather at the Children's A&E. As the doctors at the UTC dont do enough examination when it comes to them; for instance my son had a virus and they should have informed me for him to do a urine test so he gets the right treatment. The toilet condition is unacceptablee, there was water and urine all over the floor, the toilets condition was filthy, the bins wasnt been changed for like a week. The department is called "Urgent" care centre so people get treated urgently, i find it ironic because it just makes patients more ill than they are and still dont get properly treated.
