Staff other than doctors are disengaged, unhelpful, unwilling to provide indicative information about patient care or elapsed time. The "You Said We Did" regarding wait times is meaningless, and it's clear from the other reviews that nothing of value has been taken from this feedback and no meaningful changes to process or care have been made. The toilet is a state with no cleaner or clear cleaning rota. Seats are uncomfortable, hygeine of the waiting space is poor.
