"Poor care on outpatients"

About: Royal Hallamshire Hospital / Ear, Nose and Throat

(as a service user),

Attended ENT for first appt, nurse was lovely, Doctor was awful.

No introduction, no explanation for why I need an MRI, spoke in medical jargon, told no cure end of, diagnosis not explained. Sent waking around hospital to make an appt for MRI, to be then told I can't make appt.

Left the hospital crying.
