"A real eye opener"

(as a service user),

This course has been a real eye opener.  i knew nothing about when and how to go about weaning my daughter and now I feel confident to give it a go.

The class was very relaxed and it was nice to be able to share thoughts, opinions and experiences with the group without feeling silly or judged.
