"Good service but not kept informed enough"

About: One Recovery Bucks / Aylesbury

(as a staff member posting for a patient/service user),

The service has been good at times, but feel like I've been shoved from pillar to post with key workers. Never been made aware of any changes to workers.

Don't feel like I was listened to by my last couple of workers & never organised on dates for holidays away.

Hess has always been great support to me and Mum. Very happy with Helen my new worker.

Hi there,

Thanks so much for taking the time to share your experience of using our service. I am sorry that you don't feel that we met your needs in some instances. We have had a recent change within our staff team but it is not acceptable that you weren't notified of your key worker changes or dates when key workers went on holiday, and for that I must apologise.

I will raise with the hub management team. But if you want to speak to me in person please get in touch, I would be interested to understand further where and how we got it wrong, as I wouldnt want this to happen to anyone else in the future.

I am glad that you feel that you now have been heard by Hess and that you feel happy with Helen as your key-worker.

Keep attending all you find useful and can I wish you all the best with your ongoing recovery journey.
