This message is a thank you to Jean. Jean answered the phone to me at Udston Hospital CAMHS dept. I explained a predicament I had regarding some previous contact with CAMHS and requested whatever assistance Jean could offer. To my delight and great appreciation, Jean solved my dilemma and actually made the situation even better by thinking outside the box. My morning will be a whole lot better and less stressful thanks to the quick thinking of one lady.
