"Children’s ward."

About: North Devon District Hospital

My daughter who has ASD and sensory processing disorder, was very much looked after. She wore her ear defenders and staff worked around her needs in all manners. Couldn’t praise the staff enough thank you!

Dear parent

Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback with us and I am sorry that your daughter needed to attend Caroline Thorpe ward at the North Devon District Hospital (NDDH).

I am pleased that staff on the ward were mindful of your daughter’s condition and needs and they did not cause her any additional anxiety at what must have already been a stressful time for her.

I have forwarded on your kind comments to the manager of Caroline Thorpe ward where they will be warmly received by staff.

Kind regards

Jill
