(as the patient),

I had my first meeting with Fiona in September, I want to thank Fiona for her  knowledge,  patience, understanding of this condition, she made me feel comfortable, answered all my questions giving really good advice on how to manage it.  she had prepared well with all my notes in front of her and gave me information about myself that i wasn't fully aware of till then.

I think this type of appointment is essential to us Coeliac sufferers as it leaves you feeling that someone is truly interested and understands how you feel, I look forward to my next appointment with Fiona.

I am delighted to hear that you have found the appointment helpful. Coeliac Disease and adapting to a gluten free diet and lifestyle can be challenging and affects people in different ways so it is great to hear that we are managing to meet your individual needs.

Your feed back on the service is very helpful as we have been changing the way adults with Coeliac Disease are seen and it helps us to know you think this is correct.
