(as the patient),

I would just like to say how great my whole experience of the pregnancy and birth care I’ve received from the midwives and other staff at FVRH.

From the first day I started my maternity care I was placed in the chestnut team. I had nothing but an amazing experience.

Nadine who looked after me from day one to Eileen and Alison who delivered my baby boy.

Honestly can’t thank all the staff enough.

Dear RuJ-2019

Congratulations on the birth of your little boy. I hope you are enjoying all the wonderful times being a new mum brings with not too many sleepless nights!.

It is great to hear that your pregnancy journey was an amazing experience for you. Having midwives you know looking after you through-out can definitely make a big difference. I know the team will be pleased to hear that everything went so well for you.

I will make sure that Nadine, Eileen and Alison get a copy of your wonderful feedback. I know they will be over the moon to read it.

Once again, many thanks for taking time from what will be busy days to share your care experience with us.
