Only 2 doctors on site who couldn't care less want you in and out and that's if you can get an appointment I have had a serious problem with my back after a bike accident and I'm currently stuck in limbo between the hospital and this god awful medical centre they need info from my non existent GP to schedule my treatment and cant get it because the rude receptionist doesn't care and wont give me a appointment

Apologies for your experience with the surgery which you feel is not good.

I can assure you that the reception staff have no control over whether or not to give appointments it is simply that there is always a high demand for appointments, mostly which are book on the day, but we do have pre-bookable appointments which can be booked in advance but again are always snapped up quickly. If you do not already use the system can I suggest that you perhaps register for the online service which offers the opportunity to book appointments in advance.

Usually - apart from annual leave there are 3 doctors at the surgery and we would welcome the opportunity to discuss your comment regarding your 'non-existent GP'
