I had an appointment and arrived at the car park 40 minutes early. after 3 trips around the carpark with all the others looking for a parking spot, gave up and tried the nearest outside carpark, still no joy so my wife dropped me off and continued to look for a parking spot, she eventually parked at a supermarket in town.
My appointment was reasonable for punctuality, only 15 minutes late, I then had to wait for some medicine which I was told was kept in the department in a cupboard. I waited an hour for someone to open the cupboard and give it to me.
Next I had to phone the following day for my next appointment, the phone rang for 22 minutes before it was answered and my next appointment given.
I'm sure you've heard it before, but if you were a business you would go bust. I have no doubt it is a shortage of money/staff/enthusiasm or efficiency, but it does not help your patients to be treated like this. I am dreading attending for my procedure.
