A few points to make about this Practice...

1. I am currently waiting for the Practice to answer the phone and have been for 20 minutes even though the message says I have been first in queue the whole time.

2. I came to pick up a prescription the other day and was waiting at the front desk for 5 minutes before someone came out from the back office to greet me. They didn't apologise, presumably because they did not know how long I was waiting, but it might be worth someone always being on reception or having a bell to make our presence known.

3. This online booking service - when I registered as a patient, I showed my ID and filled out the form and never heard anything?

4. Most of these reviews on this webpage have not even been replied to which is highly unprofessional.
