(as a parent/guardian),

My daughter had to go to A and E via a GP referral. I have to say all staff were pleasant and professional. We were treated with kindness and patience from A and E to arriving on Paddington ward, the ENT consultant was lovely. We felt informed and cared for during our brief stay. The staff we met are a credit to NGH.
